FOOT MOBILISATION & MANIPULATION THERAPIES WORKSHOPS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

You, the participant, willingly participate in this workshop at your own risk and take full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to your person and/or your belongings as a result of your attendance and participation in this workshop. You will not seek to penalise, prosecute or seek compensation from the organisers, sponsors or lecturers or participants of the workshop for any loss or injury.

Intellectual Property

You agree not to infringe on our intellectual property rights by recording, reproducing or selling in whole or in part any workshop without prior written permission.

The workshop may be photographed or recorded, you waive all rights to images or recordings and any and all images or recordings remain our property and may be used at our discretion.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to this workshop whether in contract, personal injury, damage to belongings or otherwise shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by you for this workshop.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you in any way for any cost, loss of income, business or profits or for any loss or damage arising from the workshop.

Refund Policy

For monies paid in advance, the following terms are the company’s policies when a request for a refund has been made in writing and received by us:

If a refund is requested more than 60 days prior to the workshop, a 100% refund less a A$50 admin fee will be given.

If a refund is requested more than 30 days prior to the workshop, a 50% refund less a A$50 admin fee will be given.

If a refund is requested more than 14 days prior to the workshop, a 25% refund less A$50 admin fee will be given.

Refunds via bank transfers may be subject to bank charges applied by your own bank. Please check your bank for any other charges that may be incurred.

No refunds are given for less than 14 days notice.

General

Any reference or mention to the word ‘advice’ before, during or after the workshop should be taken to solely mean ‘general advice’ as the material presented is of a general nature only, and neither purports nor intends to be personal and/or specific financial or business advice.
